UK Orders

Shipping Schedule: Goods are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Shipping times start after you receive your shipping confirmation email.

Order Changes: Once confirmed, changes to the delivery address, shipping method, or order details (including product type, quantity, size, or color) cannot be made.

Restricted Addresses: We do not deliver to certain locations, including student/campus accommodations, hotels, restaurants, stores, or forwarding addresses.

Delivery Requirements

Signature Required: All orders must be signed for upon delivery.

Missed Deliveries: If you're unavailable to receive your delivery, our shipping courier will make a second attempt on the next working day.

Delivery Attempts: We allow up to two delivery attempts. If both fail, the package will be returned to our facility, and an additional fee may apply for re-delivery.

Fraud Screening

Screening Process: All orders are subject to a fraud screening process before shipping.

Shipping Delays: Orders not automatically approved may experience shipping delays.

Refunds for Declined Orders: If an order is declined during fraud screening, it will be automatically refunded.

International Orders

Shipping Services: All international orders are shipped via Royal Mail, DHL, or UPS for fast and reliable delivery.

Address Changes: Once your order is shipped, changes to the shipping address cannot be made. Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Taxes and Duties

Delivery Duties Paid (DDP): Most international orders are shipped on a DDP basis.

Calculation: Taxes and duties are calculated and added at checkout, based on your location.

Delivery Attempts

Attempts Allowed: We allow up to two delivery attempts for your package.

Return Policy: If the second delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the package will be returned to our facility.

Re-Delivery Fees: Additional delivery fees may apply for re-delivery after a return.
