Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with tags attached, and protected by an outer box.

Returns without an outer box may be refused if the items arrive damaged. Damaged items will be returned to the customer.

2. Footwear Returns

Footwear must include the original box shoe in undamaged condition.

Returns will be denied if the shoe box is damaged, as it is considered part of the product.

3. Quality Assurance

Each item is meticulously inspected by our expert team for authenticity and guaranteed in brand new condition.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Sale items, discounted items, and gift cards are non-returnable.

5. Proof of Purchase

A valid receipt is required for all returns.

6. Returns Shipping

7. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

If your return is not accepted, you will need to cover the cost of a return shipping label to have the item sent back to you.
